The killer app that busted ski-resort snow jobs

Here’s a great story. Apparently, some ski resorts are in the habit of exaggerating their weekend snowfall in order to attract spontaneous visits. Unfortunately for them, an app on the iPhone has revealed their lies and exaggerations for what they are.

  1. Yeah, I noticed the exagerations as well. I went to Whitetail (Lower Pensylvania), and was expecting 6 feet of snow, which was good consitering it was late Febuary. When I got there, most trails were not open. I’ll see if this app will work, hopefully it will 🙂
